Pocketpair has finally answered the community's prayers. The highly requested PvP Arena mode has been added to Palworld, allowing players to finally pit their meticulously bred teams against each other in structured combat.

How the Arena Works

The Arena is accessible via a new fast-travel terminal located on the central volcanic island. Battles are currently restricted to 3v3 formats.

• Simultaneous Combat: Unlike traditional turn-based monster catchers, all three of your Pals (and the opposing team's) fight simultaneously in real-time.
• Player Involvement: The player character is also present in the arena! You must use your assault rifles and rocket launchers to deal damage while actively dodging enemy Pal attacks.

The Current Meta

Early access to the Arena has shown that high-mobility Pals and heavy AoE stun attacks are dominating. Jetragon remains a staple for its unparalleled speed, while Grizzbolt's stun-locking minigun is proving to be incredibly frustrating to play against.
